ZARA, the Zurich Claims Chatbot, comes to SME & Commercial Insurance

ZARA, the first Zurich Claims Chatbot, comes to SME and Commercial Insurance to help customers report property and motor claims.

Available 24/7, 365 days a year, ZARA has helped personal lines customers and brokers report over 3,000 claims to Zurich since its launch in 2018, winning multiple awards.

We are delighted to announce over the past few months we have been working on new versions of ZARA to take motor and property claims for our business insurance and SME customers and it’s now live on our website.

The chatbot, created in partnership with Spixii, takes on average less than three minutes to report a claim through ZARA and has received great feedback from customers.
