Does owning a boat improve your wellbeing?

At a glance

  • 8 out of 10 boat owners find boating the best way to alleviate stress
  • 494 Navigators & General customers responded to our survey answering the question “Does owning a boat improve your well-being?”
  • Our infographic summarises the survey results

Navigators and General (N&G), a member of the Zurich Insurance Group, has found that 83% of its customers use water pursuits to reduce the stresses and strains of modern life.

Unsurprisingly, those that are on the water more frequently, more than 10 times a year, are more likely to lead even more stress-less lives than those that venture out less.

Our infographic provides a summary of the results from our survey.
